The Company is a foreign owned entity i.e a subsidiary of Timberlane Pte Ltd, Singapore.

The Company has evolved over nearly four decades into a prominent private entity engaged primarily in trading activities and financial holdings.

- The Company is engaged in the business of trading and dealing in various kinds of chemicals and agricultural inputs, metals, minerals and various other products backed by a strong foundation in commerce and industry.
- As regards financial holdings, it’s main promoter group holdings include holdings in reputed listed companies such as UPL Ltd., Uniphos Enterprises Ltd., Nivi Trading Ltd. apart from holdings in private and public sister entities directly or indirectly.
